It feels like it has been forever since I posted here, but my camera had an issue which meant no shooting for me because I had to get it fixed. With the absence of my lens, my weekends have been pretty boring with zero outdoor activities and zero fun. Yes guys, my life too can get a tad boring but such is life.Now that it has been fixed, let me assure you that you will be seeing some pretty cool stuff here.
Now, I have been juicing for the past 3 months and I must admit that I have noticed a drastic improvement on my skin and my metabolism. As I had mentioned in a previous post, I have oily skin that often gets breakouts which can be very frustrating and annoying and I have spent loads of money visiting dermatologists and investing on high end products but these investments have proved to be short-term based, because once I stop using the products then my skin goes to its old self.
So I went online in search for a natural long-lasting solutions and I bumped into several videos and posts in regards to green juicing and its benefits. I decided to try it out and so far it has worked magic on my entire health. My skin is beginning to clear up; my metabolism has improved. Let’s just say am that kind of person who can go up to 2 days without going for the long one but that is in the past now.
The shine on my face has reduced, though my pores are still open and visible, but I guess that will change in due time.
My green juicing goodness comprises of:
7 leaves of spinach
3 sticks of celery
A bunch of parsley
1/4 piece of ginger
4 spoons of honey
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
